How long does shipping take? TOP Most items are made to order so please allow 5 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Items are carefully packaged and shipped either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Are returns or exchanges accepted? TOP Exchanges for the same item are accepted on defective merchandise. Exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has never been used and is still in packaging as purchased. Please email me the situation and what you would like to exchange the original item for. All exchanges must be returned at buyer's shipping expense. How do I place a custom order? TOP
Custom orders are available for any occasion. Please email me what you are looking for and I can create the perfect compliment to any outfit. You may choose colors from the Ribbon Color Charts or even email me a picture of the outfit.
How do pictures get added to the Photo Gallery? TOP If you would like a picture of your child to be placed in our Photo Gallery, please email a picture of them wearing an item from Sweet Pea And Company to Lisa@mysweetpeaandcompany.com. For privacy concerns, no identifying information of children will be posted with pictures. Can I find items in any boutiques? TOP
